1. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without needing to specify the reason.

2. Conditions for return

For the return to be accepted, the product must be:
✅ New, intact, and in its original packaging (with any labels and accessories included)
✅ Unused, without signs of wear or damage
✅ Complete with all original components (cables, manuals, box, etc.)

Note: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper use, personalized products, or open intimate/sanitary products for hygienic reasons.

3. Return procedure

Follow these simple steps:

Contact us via email (cantiereduepuntozerosrl@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (392 306 7086) to communicate the return and receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization code).
Ship the package to:

Include the RMA number and a copy of the order.
Await confirmation from our warehouse.

4. Return shipping costs

🔹 Return for change of mind: shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
🔹 Return due to our error or defective product: we will cover the costs and provide you with a prepaid label.

5. Refund or exchange

Refund: will be issued within 14 days of return confirmation, using the same payment method used.
Exchange: if you prefer a different product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately for a quick resolution (replacement or full refund, including shipping costs).

How long does a Kya solar panel system last?

Our systems are designed to last over 25 years. Kya panels maintain at least 80% of their nominal power after 25 years of use, thanks to carefully selected materials and direct quality control that we perform on every production batch.

Who handles the warranty in case of issues?

The warranty is managed directly by Kya in Italy. You don't have to contact foreign suppliers or wait for authorizations: our technical team intervenes quickly, without bureaucratic delays. Product warranty: 12 years. Performance warranty: 25 years.

Are your products suitable for the Italian climate?

Yes. All our devices are designed in Italy, taking into account the country's climatic variations: from the insolation of the South to the temperatures of the North. The technical specifications are optimized to maximize performance in the real conditions of Italian systems.

Why are Kya prices more competitive?

Because we have eliminated all intermediaries: no distributors, no retailers, no third-party brands. The product goes from the partner factory directly to your home. You pay the real value of the product, not the commercial markups of the traditional supply chain.

Can I install the system even if I live in a condominium?

It depends on the condominium regulations and the availability of space on the common roof. In many cases, it is possible with the consent of the condominium assembly. Our team can support you in evaluating the technical and regulatory feasibility for your specific situation.

What tax incentives can I get?

Currently, it is possible to claim a 50% tax deduction over 10 years for systems installed in private homes (verify current regulations at the time of installation). Our team will guide you through the necessary documentation to access available incentives.

How long does the installation take?

A standard residential system is installed in 1-2 business days. Times may vary depending on the complexity of the roof and the power of the system. After installation, we also handle the procedures for grid connection and GSE.

How do I monitor the production of my plant?

All Kya systems include a real-time monitoring system accessible via app or browser. You can check daily, monthly, and annual production, consumption, and savings generated directly from your smartphone.
